In order to make a return you must contact customer service for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned/exchanged items for any reason other than product defect or damage. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Custom orders cannot be returned.
For ground shipments:
If an item is damaged during shipping, you must contact customer service via phone or email within five (5) days of receipt of the item. After five (5) days, we will not be responsible for any damage incurred.
Shipment via freight carrier:
All freight shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt. See specific instructions under shipping policies. Any damage MUST be reported to Olde Tyme Hardware within 24 hours of delivery. Olde Tyme Hardware will not be responsible for any damage reported after 48 hours.
